Our professional opinions regarding fees are intended to provide a guideline to the insurer when making those decisions, which obviously, may be influenced by information not immediately available to the consultant. NADENT offers administration of all claims through its interconnected computers in all regional offices. This assures standardization as well as detection of duplicate claim submission, thus reducing the possibility of fraud.
NADENT computer files are password protected assuring claimant privacy. All hard copies of files are kept in a secure location for a period of seven years, after which time they are destroyed by incineration.
NADENT maintains adjustors licenses and/or PRO (Peer Review Organization) certificates in those states which require them. This is especially important for those states which deem it illegal to review claims without said credentials (e.g. New York, Pennsylvania).
NADENT abides by all state rules and regulations. For example, some states such as Ohio and Pennsylvania require that all reviews and or IMEs be performed only by professionals licensed within that particular state.
NADENT provides quarterly management reports (statistics). These reports are available in various formats or can be customized to fit your needs. The reports are available on computer disk and/or hard copy. They can also be sent via e-mail.
