Medical Reviews are claims which must be sent to our physician consultants for evaluation. Medical necessity, causal relationship, appropriate codes and fees are determined. A narrative report is provided, as well as a fee audit, according to the findings in the consultant's report.

Medical Review of surgical bills and operative reports is provided by our panel of board certified specialists.

Medical Review of psychology bills and reports include an analysis of the psychological evaluation testing, giving careful consideration to excessive hours.

Reviews of chiropractic bills are performed with particular emphasis on diagnostic testing and possible excessive treatment.

Expert witness testimony is provided when needed.

FEE REVIEWS in states (which do not have fixed fee schedules) are based on the 75th percentile, geographically indexed to the location of the usual and customary allowable fees.
